Reinvestment Plan:
Project Area Amendment Adopted July 13, 2009!
The Project proposes the adoption and implementation of Riverbank Reinvestment Project, Amendment No. 1. The proposed Project would amend and extend the area included within the boundaries of the existing 1,230 acre Riverbank Reinvestment Project (the "Project Area") to encompass the Riverbank Army Ammunition Plant and surrounding properties (the "Amendment Area") which is approximately 330 acres. This action has been initiated by the Agency in order to place in a redevelopment area, portions of the Ammunition Plant that were previously developed but that cannot be utilizied in their present condition because of substandard infrastructure and buildings that do not meet State building standards, within a redevelopment project area.
